From Termini Station
Take Metro line A (heading towards Battistini) the 7th stop is Cipro, exit on via Cipro go straight 'till the intersection with Via degli Ammiragli. Continue straight on, - notice - the street's name changes into via Anastasio II, after 20 meters you'll come to the coffe shop called 'Motor coffè' (Illy Bar). Attention here - at the corner of this bar, there is a private road, you take this road and 15 meters away on you'll find the entrance door of the Guesthouse. Once Entered the door turn left for the scala 'A' then go to the 3rd floor. [Approximately 30 minutes](€1,5/person)
From Fiumicino Airport
(or Leonardo da Vinci International) take first train 'Leonardo Express' 'till 'Termini Station', then as above. [Approximately 55 minutes](€14/person)
From Ciampino Airport
There are 2 ways: 1: take the bus Terravision to Termini station and then follow as above [Approximately 1 hour](€4/person) 2: take the Cotral bus to the ‘Anagnina’ subway Station, here take first train and get out to Cipro Metro stop and then follow as above. [Approximately 10 minutes] (price: €2 bus Cotral + €1,50 metro A)

"Amazing Hospitality" Location: 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Lots of "authentic" places to eat as it was outside the more touristy areas. Sergio and Gianluca went above and beyond to make our stay great. From the moment we arrived, they met us at the door and offered coffee, tea and/or water and sat with us for nearly an hour to tell us how to get around Rome and the best area eateries. They also met the airline to receive my husband's lost luggage so that we did not have to return to the room to do this. When I got sick, they helped us locate a doctor and even offered to go to the pharmacy for us. They were truly great hosts. The room was very comfortable and clean, as well. It was a great place to stay.
"Perfect, Warm and Highly Recommended" A warm and kind welcome by the owner of this very clean hotel. Both were very helpful from the minute you entered the property. Respectful and always willing to go the extra mile. Great Hospitality and Location of the hotel is perfect to get around to see beautiful Rome.
